Hotel Dolomiti

This year the hotel is being ran be Neilson holidays as part of a package ski holiday - hopefully something which will continue on for another couple of seasons yet. All members of staff are friendly, approachable Neilson employees and with all the hotel guests typically British holidaymakers, it makes for an extremely friendly atmosphere! The rooms are of a fantastic quality and so is the food. A semi-regular ski-bus runs from the hotel door down to the two brand new lifts at Alba, and failing that it's a short walk to the main bus route as well. I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel near Canazei.

Group trip, we stayed overnight 15/16 December 2023, dated hotel, small double room, the first evening very high temperature, the second evening we felt cold and it was not possible to change the degrees from the room, let's get to the most painful points, we had two dinners and two breakfasts in the hotel, for a total of three days, the tablecloth of the first dinner was never changed even if it was dirty, a note to the room manager Mrs. Blonde very rude, we started with the starters at the buffet and they were always of little quantity, the only decent dish was the Russian salad made by them, it was good, last dinner was the sign. Having finished the first tray for 60 people, she brings another one, seeing the people who were going to take it, she immediately takes it away as if annoyed by the fact, so-so food nothing special for being in Trentino, there are much better instructors at the same prices, absolutely not I would recommend it

Clean hotel, good breakfast and meals. The location is convenient because it is directly on the road, but from another point of view it is also its biggest flaw if you look at it from another point of view, in a place like this it would be nice to be further away from the traffic even if you are not in the room they perceive noises.
